Eligibility
- 10th pass from a school in Chhattisgarh / Madhya Pradesh. Scheduled Tribe candidates, and all categories from Naxal-affected families or families living in relief camps, are eligible with Class 5 pass.
Selection process
- Document check and physical measurement
- Physical efficiency test (long jump, high jump, shot put, 100 m and 800 m race; 100 marks)
- Written test (50 marks, objective)
- Interview (20 marks)
- Bonus marks up to 30 (heavy driving licence, NCC/NSS 'C' certificate, local dialect)
