Eligibility
- Trade Apprentice: ITI pass certificate in the respective trade (Electrician, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic). Diploma Apprentice: diploma in engineering or technology in the respective discipline from a State Council or Board of Technical Education. Graduate Apprentice: degree in engineering or technology (Mechanical, Electrical), or graduation in general streams such as BBA, BA, B.Sc., B.Com. (Human Resource, Finance & Accounts, Contract & Material Management). All courses full-time/regular. Diploma and graduate candidates must have passed within 5 years of 18.11.2026. Candidates who have already done or are doing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961 cannot apply.
Selection process
- Shortlisting on the percentage of marks in the respective trade or discipline
- Tie: candidate born earlier, then higher marks in 10th
- Document verification
- Medical fitness and police verification certificate
